The product can only be exchanged and not returned. In case the customer wishes to exchange a product please email us on shopkamanaa@gmail.com within 5 days of the receipt of the product. The customer can exchange the product only once. The shipping charges for such exchange of the product shall be borne by the customer over and above the price of the product.For exchange of a product, it must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with all tags and labels intact. The pickup of the product shall be arranged by us to the customer’s registered delivery address within 7 days from the request received by us by email. For exchange the customer will have to ship the product back to us on the following address:

Upon inspection of the product, the amount in credit points shall be credited to your account which can be used for exchange of the product. The credit points shall be valid for 1 year. No exchange of used products.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Products on sale cannot be exchanged.
